So, you are facing living life with incontinence. Life as you knew it is over...right? Wrong! As with all curve balls that life throws us, living with incontinence can be done quite easily, it just takes a bit of forethought.
Forget using a diaper bag unless that's your gig! If you're using products from your local retail, grocery or department store, you may need a bigger bag to carry more adult diapers. You'll need more because if you're not using hospital grade adult diapers/adult briefs , you're going to run the risk of leaks so you will have to change more often. Hospital grade adult diapers hold more volume - so you'll probably only need to change once during the day
Guys, you might have to think outside the box
With technological advances, adult diapers are getting smaller. That doesn't mean they'll fit in your wallet, tho! So, improvise! Carry a bag design for a laptop, or a guy's European shoulder bag, if you're sporty - carry a trendy backpack. With all of the pockets available in laptop bags, shoulder bags, ball bags, backpacks - you don't have to look like you're carrying your incontinence supplies with you.
So get out - go for coffee, go to the movies, shopping, hiking, golfing, travel - yes, even with incontinence - you can!
